Sergej Lebedev

Sergej Lebedev is a German type designer with many years of professional experience in type design. He graduated in Communication Design from the Trier University of Applied Sciences in Germany in 2003. With over a decade of experience in type design, he is renowned for his creative expertise and his ability to design extensive font families and realise them digitally with precision. His portfolio as a type designer is characterised by a wide range of different typeface designs, from the elegant Aela font family to contemporary typefaces such as App Sans and modern, technical typefaces such as Flat Sans and Flat Sans Extended. The designer's goal is to create high quality typefaces that are suitable for various design projects, such as advertising, branding, graphic design, editorial design, interfaces or web design. Another focus of his creative work is the type design of corporate fonts for companies. With a sophisticated typographic approach, he develops typefaces that are not only aesthetically pleasing, but also improve the overall brand experience.
