Tony Di Spigna

Tony Di Spigna was born on the island of Ischia, Italy and is a graduate of New York City Community College and Pratt Institute. Tony was a partner in the legendary studio of Lubalin Associates where he worked on all aspects of visual communication and graphic design. Mr. Di Spigna has achieved international recognition for his letterform and typographic designs including exclusive newly designed corporate typefaces and logo designs. He has won numerous awards and his work has been widely exhibited in the United States and abroad. In 2007, he was honored with a one man show in Italy. He currently teaches at The New York institute of Technology and is a tenured professor at Pratt Institute where he was given the institute-wide Distinguished Professor Award.
