Greg Thompson

In the late 1980’s Greg Thompson converted a series of existing typefaces to PostScript for forward-looking corporate clients. In 1989 Greg began designing original typefaces for the new retail font market. He formed a decades-long association with The Font Bureau of Boston, and in 2016 launched his own foundry on Type Network. Greg’s typefaces are part of the visual landscape in branding; retail product packaging, especially food and cosmetics; restaurants; entertainment, including gaming; music and movie retail packaging and titles; book and magazine covers, and rental housing complexes.
