Bill Hilson
Bill Hilson started his design career in architecture, then turned to graphic design and illustration for his professional focus. He has spent most of his career attempting to blur the line between technological innovation and creativity. He has been a group leader at the Creative Problem-Solving Institute and was creative director for the HiFi Color Project – one of the first to print with stochastic screening and extra-trinary printing techniques. Bill is an adjunct professor CCE at Pratt Institute’s Graduate Communication Design Department, serving since 1991. Bill is a Founding Director of The Institute for Sustainable Communication, a 501(c)-3 organization devoted to improving sustainability practices focused on advertising, marketing, and communications business.
