Realist combines Grotesque and Humanist traditions. Designer Martin Wenzel wanted to bring both traditions closer together by combining elements of both worlds. The result is a straightforward typeface that speaks in a clear voice without appearing stern. Typographica chose Realist as one of their favorite typefaces in 2011. Use it for corporate design, editorial work, or product design. It works for all expressions where the message plays the leading role. Supertype, 2011.
