Ramakrishna Manda (They/them) is a graphic and font designer based in Prague, Czech Republic. Their interests revolve around graphic design and multi-script font design. They pursued their passion for design by completing a Master’s degree at the Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design in Prague (UMPRUM). They can uniquely bridge different linguistic and cultural elements into their work, creating visually appealing and culturally relevant designs that cater to diverse audiences. Furthermore, they were awarded the SOTA Catalyst award in the year 2017.

Throughout their career, Krishna has collaborated with foundries such as Universal Thirst, Typotheque, Leinster Type, AllCaps, and more, contributing to various projects and custom type families. Their notable creations include fonts such as November and October Kannada and Telugu, as well as Lava, demonstrating their versatility and expertise in handling complex typographic challenges.
