Nina Stössinger

Nina Stössinger is a type designer and typographer from Basel, Switzerland. After running her own studios out of Basel and The Hague, she is now a senior type designer at Frere-Jones Type in Brooklyn. Nina studied multimedia design in Germany, and type design in Zurich and The Hague. She was appointed a Critic at Yale School of Art in 2016. She has also spoken at numerous conferences, and her work has been exhibited internationally. Nina’s published type designs include Nordvest and FF Ernestine. (Photo: Marc Eckardt)
