Henning Skibbe founded Character Type in 2018. He is a pro­fessional type and com­muni­cation designer, typographic consultant and lecturer.

Before becoming immersed in type design full time Henning worked as creative director and partner in various agency settings thereby gaining expansive experiences in brands and type.

In cooperation with PAGE magazine he regularly teaches brand type seminars. Henning is a member of the Art Directors Club (ADC) Germany.
