César Puertas is a Colombian graphic designer. He graduated from the Universidad Nacional de Colombia in 1999 and has taught typographic design at the Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano. His fonts include: Bolivar (2007), ITC Obliqua (2009), Urbana (2006).
