<p data-block-key="iheb2">Bodoni PT, a contemporary serif with a historical background, is a flexible type system that has fonts for both long paragraphs and extra-large size headings. Bodoni PT is based on the proportions and characteristic features of the typefaces of Giambattista Bodoni, “king of printers and printer of kings.” At the same time, Bodoni PT is fully adapted to modern conditions. It works well on screen and in print, looks natural in text and its design doesn’t look archaic. Bodoni PT has weights ranging from Regular to Extrabold and a fully realized gradation of optical sizes. Text styles are intended for small sizes. Subhead styles work best for medium and Display – for large and extra-large sizes. Overall, there are 15 upright styles and 15 corresponding italics, two variable fonts as well as a special ornamental style. The typeface has an extended character set. All styles support European languages based on the Latin and Cyrillic alphabets.</p>
